Lightness, performance and beauty in a single piece
We did it again.
Patent pending technology
Once again, we managed to develop something you have never seen before.
We belief
it's time to change.
That is why everything is done at home,
at our headquarters located in Barcelona,
where Gemini craftsmen can ensure
the excellence of each piece.
Unishell body
Simple & elegant.

The hollow unishell body of the seatpost is key to avoid unnecesary material; undesired weight.

By laminating the shell, greater continuity of carbon fibers is achived, improving the structural behaviour of the composite.
Even with small parts we achieve big changes
Different materials to be always the same: the best.

Introducing Discontinuous Carbon Fiber to provide better fiber distribution throughout small parts like the clamps or the inferior cradle.

The best calls for the best: full titanium bolts and pivots.
CARBON FIBER
Carbon fiber is not the same everywhere—this is why we have chosen the most resistant fiber, with an intermediate modulus. Mitsubishi MR70 is a latest generation, high-end carbon fiber, developed for the most discerning clientele in the aerospace industry. This is the best option to ensure optimum performance of the handlebar, as well as increase its resistance lowering its weight.

BLADDER SPECIFIC DESIGN
What cannot be seen is as important as what can be seen. The hollow body of the seatpost is made up of an internal bladder specifically developed, so that during the manufacturing process, fibers are perfectly compacted against the mold, avoiding the formation of wrinkles and resin pools.

DFC MADE INFERIOR CRADLE
Material properties are very important, but so is the structure of the composite. When manufacturing small and/or complex geometries, such as, for example, the inferior cradle, the use of discontinuous fiber composites offers a more homogeneous distribution of carbon fibers, in order to increase the resistance to delamination of the part.

TITANIUM
The best material to be in contact with carbon fiber is titanium. Thanks to its chemical properties, it acts as a noble material, preventing any kind of galvanic corrosion, this is why we have chosen it for the bolts, as well as because of its balance of mechanical properties and weight.
