TYPES OF LAYUP
Conscious that nowadays users are more aware of their needs on their bikes, we have developed two versions of laminate in the construction of our mtb carbon handlebars, with the best technology applied in both, but with small differences so that you can get the most out of your handlebars in the race.
LIGHTWEIGHT LAYUP FEATURES
-Our ultralight MTB carbon handlebar is one of the lightest handlebars in the world.
-Absolute comfort, providing vertical absorption, making it more comfortable for the arms thanks to the extra flex it offers.
-Reactivity, is a very reactive handlebar, more than any ultralight round MTB carbon handlebar.
-It is a 100% optimized piece, which means it is designed for XC use for a rider up to 90 kg.
-It is not designed to withstand the impacts of certain crashes, it is an F1 part for your bike.
PERFORMANCE LAYUP FEATURES
-They have a more racing character and are designed for more aggressive use of MTB, for use in trial and rough areas, it is the version used in the XC World Cup.
-Provides greater bending stiffness than the XC version, it is the stiffness that is transmitted to the arms for example during a descent.
-More torsional stiffness, is the stiffness felt when alternating the force of the arms on the handlebars, for example during a sprint.
-More reactivity in riding, by increasing the overall stiffness, reactivity increases, and movements are sharper and more precise.
-Greater resistance to falls, it is more resistant to a fall than XC laminate.
-Increases approximately +/-30 g compared to the XC version.
PRÖPUS ‘ve been manufactured with MITSUBISHI MR70, the best intermediate modulus carbon fibre at the moment, following a high-quality manufacturing process to warranty a high-end product.
