KÄSTOR a été développé dans un seul but : aller plus vite.
Son corps monobloc en carbone est conçu pour offrir une résistance maximale, une précision et un contrôle optimaux. La géométrie a été optimisée pour mieux répartir le poids et garantir une réactivité instantanée, te permettant de diriger ton vélo exactement où tu veux en une fraction de seconde.

Il intègre la section exclusive GMN, développée pour maximiser la rigidité dans la zone clé du contrôle, tandis que sa flexion verticale ajoute un confort supplémentaire, te permettant de maintenir des vitesses élevées plus longtemps sans perdre en précision ni en sécurité sur les terrains accidentés.

Chaque guidon est fabriqué artisanalement dans notre atelier de Barcelone, avec notre propre technologie et de la fibre de carbone haute performance. Le résultat est une pièce unique, exclusive et produite en série limitée.

KÄSTOR is designed to maximize the performance of carbon fiber and integrate all the elements of your cockpit with an incredibly clean aesthetic.

KÁSTOR's shape is not a coincidence; its unibody design has been developed and optimized using the most advanced calculation software to achieve optimal performance, maximum lightness, and strength.

NO ASSEMBLY STRESS

By eliminating the connection between the stem and handlebars, the tensions generated by the preloads generated during assembly are eliminated, preventing the handlebar from slipping. The areas subject to compression, which deform the part and cause delamination of the fiber layers, reducing resistance, are also eliminated.

VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION

The continuity of the material between the stem and the handlebar facilitates the distribution of stresses over a larger area, allowing them to flow along the handlebar, eliminating areas with high buildup and thus increasing overall strength.

GMN SECTION

Circular sections behave the same in all directions, which is why we developed the GMN section with two basic purposes: to reduce hand fatigue due to vibrations and forces, and to increase reactivity and control when turning.

VERTICAL ABSORPTION

By reducing the vertical section we achieve greater absorption of vertical impacts and vibrations, this translates into less fatigue in the hands and being able to maintain a high rate of descent, aluminum bar

SPIN REACTIONS

SMALL DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.

Our cover, with its exclusive design, hides the top screw, leaving a hole for inserting only the Torx wrench to tighten the steering, thus giving the cockpit a cleaner appearance.

Kästor's geometry is designed for enduro and trail riding. Its unique design allows for stem lengths that are impossible with conventional handlebars, while also providing a perfect working position to get the most out of your ride and help you push yourself further.

GEOMETRY FOR ENDURO AND TRAIL

KÄSTOR has been designed to be mounted on bikes with steering angles between 64 and 67°; the entire geometry is designed to work in that position and give you greater control and absorption.

IMPOSSIBLE ADVANCES

The unibody design allows the handlebar to be brought as close as possible, allowing for geometries that are impossible with a conventional handlebar and stem without gaining height.

CHOOSE THE LENGTH YOU WANT

KÄSTOR is made in different stem lengths so you can choose the position that best suits your style and the geometry of your bike, with stem sizes of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50mm in length.

KÄSTOR IS MADE FROM THE FINEST CARBON FIBER

You can only build the best handlebars using the best carbon fibers. We use the best intermediate modulus fiber on the market, Mitsubishi MR70, which, together with a refined manufacturing process and an optimized layout, guarantees the best performance and quality.

CARBON FIBER

Not all carbon fibers are created equal, which is why we've chosen the strongest carbon fiber with an intermediate modulus. Mitsubishi MR70 is a cutting-edge, high-end carbon fiber developed for the highest demands of the aerospace industry. This is the best way to ensure the handlebar's best performance and increase strength while reducing weight.

SPECIFIC BLADDER DESIGN

What you don't see is as important as what you do, which is why we've created a custom-made bladder for each handlebar size. This allows us to perfectly adapt to its shape and achieve perfect fiber compaction, preventing the formation of wrinkles and resin pools.

CONSTRUCTION

The properties of the material are very important, but so is the construction structure of the pieces, which is why we use a "sandwich" structure, using woven fiber in the outer and inner layers to increase resistance to delamination due to impacts, and a whole core of UD fiber that guarantees us to obtain the best mechanical and structural properties of the fiber.

TITANIUM

The best material for contact with carbon fiber is titanium. Thanks to its chemical properties, it behaves like a noble material, preventing any type of galvanic corrosion. That's why we chose it, along with its balanced mechanical properties and weight, for all the hardware.

SUBJECTED TO THE MOST DEMANDING TESTS IN THE LABORATORY AND IN THE FIELD

We take the durability of our handlebars very seriously. Weight is very important, but we don't put it before durability. Our handlebars aren't light simply because we've decided to reduce material. Kästor passes the industry's most demanding tests, with loads far exceeding those required by the ISO standard. It's unlike any other handlebar.
