Crash Replacement Program

Crashes can happen. This program is designed to help you if your GEMINI component has been damaged due to a crash, impact or accident not covered by warranty.

Before starting

If your product has suffered an impact or shows visible or structural damage, stop using it immediately. Carbon can suffer internal damage that is not visible, and continuing to use it may compromise your safety.

This program does not replace the warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects; the Crash Replacement Program is intended for damage caused by crashes, impacts or accidents.

The program

The Crash Replacement Program allows original GEMINI customers to access a special discount to replace a component damaged by a crash or impact.

Who it is for

For original customers who purchased a GEMINI product and whose component has been damaged due to a crash, impact or accident.

What it applies to

It applies to GEMINI components damaged by accident, provided we can review the case and validate the request.

What we need

  • Invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos of the product and damaged area.
  • Description of what happened.
  • Information about the affected product.

Important

To access the program, we may request the damaged component to be sent for review or recycling. Each case will be assessed individually.

Discount table

The applicable discount depends on the time elapsed since the original purchase date.

50% From 0 to 24 months after the purchase date.
35% From 25 to 36 months after the purchase date.
25% From 37 to 48 months after the purchase date.
15% From 49 months onwards after the purchase date.

How it works

Complete the form with as much information as possible. Our team will review your case and contact you to confirm if you can access the program and which discount applies.

Fill in the form with your details, affected product, photos of the damage, invoice and a short explanation of what happened.

Case review

Our team will review the information provided and may request additional details or the damaged component to be sent.

Resolution

If the request is approved, we will confirm the applicable discount and the next steps to replace the component.

Program conditions

The Crash Replacement Program is available to original GEMINI customers who can provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

The applicable discount depends on the time elapsed since the original purchase date and the validation of the case by our team.

Exclusions

The program does not cover manufacturing defects, as these are handled through warranty. It also does not apply to modified or manipulated products, or when the original purchase cannot be verified.

Component review

GEMINI may request the damaged component to be sent for inspection, case validation or recycling. Approval of the request is subject to our team’s assessment.

Discount application

The discount will be applied to the RRP of the corresponding replacement product or the equivalent model available at that time.
