We work with internal design, layup, finishing and quality control processes to ensure each piece meets our standards.
It depends on the product. Most components are made to order or produced in small batches.

It depends on the product. As a reference, handlebars and seatposts usually take approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
Products with immediate availability or already advanced in production may be faster.

We ship internationally. Shipping costs and transit times may vary depending on the destination country and type of order.
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Yes. You can pick up your order directly from our facilities once it is ready.

Returns and exchanges must be managed from your customer account, inside the corresponding order.
We do not accept return requests by email in order to keep the process correct and organized.
No. Customized products cannot be returned, except when there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, impacts, accidents, incorrect assembly, misuse, normal wear, unauthorized modifications or failure to follow recommended torque values.
Warranty registration is intended for customers who purchased a Gemini product outside our website, for example through an official shop or dealer.
By registering your purchase, we can keep a record of the product, purchase date and proof of purchase.
This is not the form to report an issue. If your product has a problem, please complete the warranty form.

Each product page includes available compatibility information. If you have doubts, contact us before purchasing with the exact bike model, year, measurements and photos if necessary.
If you cannot find your road or gravel bike model on our website, please complete the contact form so we can review your case.
In your message, specify the exact bike model you have and attach a clear photo of the headset cover area. We mean the cover located below the stem, not the top cap.
If you know what type of headset cover your bike uses, please include that information too. This will help us better assess compatibility or a possible solution.
