How long will my order take and how much does shipping cost? How do I track my order?
Delivery times and costs are shown before checkout. Standard shipping is typically less than 30 days; outside the EU, customs duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check it in real time.
What is the return and refund policy? Is there a warranty?
You have 14 calendar days after delivery to return unopened products at your expense. You can receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the package. You have a two-year warranty. In the event of a defect, we offer repair, replacement, or refund—including return shipping.
Can I customize my product?
Yes. You can choose colors or add names/symbols. We reserve the right to reject inappropriate content.
Since custom orders are made, returns are not applicable, except in the case of defects.
