Returns
At Gemini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order, please do so using the following form. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return without needing to provide a reason (according to Art. 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
How to manage your return
To ensure proper management, we do not accept requests for exchanges, returns, or cancellations by email.
All requests must be managed directly from your customer profile by accessing the corresponding order. From there, you will be able to request an exchange, a return, or a cancellation, depending on the status of your order.
Once the request has been confirmed, if the product needs to be returned, you must send the package including a copy of the invoice to help us identify the return:

Conditions
Conditions for Returns (Standard Products)
For us to process your refund, the product must meet these requirements:
- Condition: Must be new, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Packaging: Must retain its original packaging, seals, accessories, and labels.
- Protection: The package must be sent protected to avoid damage during transport.
Shipment
- Return Costs: Borne by the customer (Art. 108.1 TRLGDCU), except for shipping errors or manufacturing defects.
- Timeframe: We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.
- Method: The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Due to the exclusive nature of our custom products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items manufactured according to customer design or specifications.
- This exception is covered by Article 103.c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sole exception: Returns of a customized product will only be accepted if it has manufacturing defects confirmed by our technical team.
