We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return, exchange or cancellation, you will find all the key information here.

Manage your request from your account

To ensure proper handling, all requests must be managed directly from your customer account, inside the corresponding order.

From there, you will be able to request a return, exchange or cancellation, depending on the status of your order.

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a return without needing to provide a reason.

After this period, we will not be able to accept return requests, except in cases related to warranty or manufacturing defects.

We do not accept return, exchange or cancellation requests by email. The entire process must be managed from your customer account.

To do so, access your account, open the corresponding order and select the available option depending on the status of your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and confirmed by our team, you will receive the corresponding instructions to continue the process.

In order for us to process the return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: it must be new, unused and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Packaging: it must include its original packaging, seals, accessories and labels.
  • Protection: the package must be properly protected to avoid damage during transport.

If the product arrives used, damaged, incomplete or without proper packaging, we may reject the return or apply a deduction to the refund.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect or an error by Gemini.

Once the request is approved, if the product needs to be returned, it must be sent properly protected to our facilities.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition before approving the refund.

If everything is correct, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Due to the exclusive nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items made according to the customer's design or specifications.

This exclusion applies under consumer protection regulations for products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

A custom product may only be returned if it presents a manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical team.

If you need to cancel an order, access your customer account and review the available options inside the corresponding order.

If the order is already in production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, our team will review your request and let you know the available options.
