Pursuant to the provisions of Article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the buyer may return the product, exercising their right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 calendar days of delivery to their home, without providing any justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To return the product, it must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unused, and with its original packaging and tags. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and seal, with all accessories, in perfect condition, and protected. Otherwise, GEMINI reserves the right to reject the return.

Indicating, above all, the order number, so that the product received can be correctly associated with your transaction, in order to refund the amount paid. To this end, the customer is strongly required to include a copy of the purchase invoice in the shipping package to allow easy identification of the order. Otherwise, the refund period may be extended. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the purchase—unless the buyer has expressly agreed otherwise—in any case, and without undue delay, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal notice is sent, including the initial shipping costs. In any case, the consumer will not incur any costs for the refund transaction of the amount paid. If the consumer has expressly selected a shipping method other than the standard and less expensive one, GEMINI will not be obligated to reimburse any additional costs incurred. GEMINI may withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the consumer and user has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. In such cases, the refund will be issued once we have received the product back to GEMINI and after verifying that it is in the condition described above. The refund will not include direct costs arising from the return, pursuant to the provisions of Article 108.1 of the TRLGDCU.
If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect, the full amount will be refunded, including the cost of return shipping.
In the case of manufacturing defects, the user must also indicate the specific damage to the product in the withdrawal notice.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding deadline expires.
GEMINI reserves the right to assess the reason for the return. GEMINI will not refund the amount if the item presents a defect caused after it was made available to the customer, due to the customer's fault or negligence. If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Product change
Products can only be returned for a refund. If you wish to exchange the item you received for a different one, you must place a new order.

For some models, GEMINI offers the option of customizing the design of our products.
