If your GEMINI product has an issue, we will review your case to assess whether it may be covered under warranty according to our conditions.
Before starting
If you have detected any defect, damage or unusual behaviour on your GEMINI product, stop using it immediately. Using a damaged component may compromise your safety. To evaluate the case, we will need clear photos, a detailed description and proof of purchase.
Warranty coverage
The warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by crashes, accidents, incorrect assembly, misuse or normal wear.
Period
The warranty lasts 3 years from product delivery, provided the conditions stated in our policy are met.
Coverage
It covers manufacturing defects or issues caused by a product failure attributable to the manufacturing process.
Solution
If the case is approved, we will assess repair or replacement of the defective product when applicable.
Not covered
- Crashes, impacts or accidents.
- Incorrect assembly or improper torque values.
- Misuse, normal wear or lack of maintenance.
- Unauthorized modifications or external product damage.
How your request is reviewed
Once we receive the information, our technical team will review the case and contact you if we need more details.
Initial information
We will need your order number, invoice or proof of purchase, clear product photos, affected area and a detailed description of the issue.
Technical review
We will review the information sent to make an initial assessment. If needed, we may ask for additional details.
Resolution
If the warranty is approved, we will indicate the corresponding solution depending on the case: repair, replacement or another suitable alternative.

Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues caused by a product failure attributable to the manufacturing process.
