Your GEMINI product has been manufactured with the utmost care and using the most advanced manufacturing technology. Therefore, for the first two years following purchase, you can enjoy all the rights provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, whose provisions incorporate all the binding European regulations for Member States regarding warranties.

If you notice any defects in the product, you must contact us immediately before using it and explain your problem to us.

GEMINI guarantees all products it manufactures for the first two years after purchase against any defect in conformity, under the provisions of Article 116 of the LGDCU (Spanish Civil Code). This guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser of the product, and the purchaser shall be entitled, in the event of a defect in conformity, to repair or replacement of the defective product, free of charge for the affected user.

The warranty period begins at the time the product is delivered to the end consumer. A warranty service (repair or replacement) will not extend the product's original warranty.

If this warranty is exercised, the user must provide a copy of the purchase document for their GEMINI product (purchase invoice). This person is the original purchaser of the product. Failure to do so will void the right to exercise the warranty.

To process the warranty claim, the customer must contact info@ridegemini.com by email, then follow the instructions that will be received privately and personally by GEMINI in the email provided, in order to send the product to our headquarters for evaluation, always and in any case, attaching the sales invoice, either physically together with the product, or in digital format through the aforementioned form.

This warranty will be subject to the decision of our technicians regarding the nature of the product's non-conformity, following an examination of the part in question. Their opinion will be binding. Therefore, GEMINI reserves the right to refuse warranty processing in cases where the examination in question is unfavorable to the customer, for which the customer will be duly justified. The customer must return the product to us for inspection, and will be responsible for the shipping costs. This cost may be duly reimbursed if the warranty processing is determined to be admissible. These costs will be fully reimbursed, pursuant to the provisions of Article 120 of the LGDCU. In the event that the consumer has expressly selected a shipping method other than the standard and less expensive option, GEMINI will not be obligated to reimburse the resulting additional costs. Therefore, if the product is not considered defective and therefore falls within the scope of this warranty, it will only be considered a withdrawal, provided that it is still within the deadline, and the customer will therefore be responsible for the costs of replacing non-defective components, as referred to in the previous section.

If the consumer is affected by circumstances where the repair or replacement has not been carried out within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to the consumer, they will have the option to terminate the contract.

In the event of a warranty claim, GEMINI reserves the right, in the event of model discontinuation, to deliver the successor model in the available color range, and if not available, a higher-end model.

This warranty also specifically covers paint, varnish, and corrosion defects, if they are related to a manufacturing defect. Possible discoloration caused by excessively prolonged exposure to sunlight and wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty.

GEMINI shall not be liable for any lack of conformity resulting from improper installation and assembly of the product, as installation is not part of the contract and is carried out by the end user and under his or her responsibility. GEMINI has been sufficiently diligent in providing all its products with comprehensive, detailed, and precise installation and assembly instructions , strongly recommending that they be followed and warning of the consequences of not following them - that is, GEMINI shall not be liable for any consequences arising from their avoidance. Components that are constantly or frequently exposed to inclement weather wear out faster than normal. Regular care and maintenance extend their lifespan. To extend the life of your GEMINI products and ensure their durability, it is essential to use them exclusively for their intended purpose and strictly follow the maintenance and safety instructions prescribed in the accompanying documentation, paying particular attention to the weight information detailed in this documentation. This information can be found alongside the installation and assembly instructions. You must also strictly adhere to the assembly instructions (especially the screw tightening torques) and observe the established maintenance intervals. Failure to follow these instructions, both for installation and assembly, as well as for maintenance and safety, will result in the revocation of the warranty.

Also excluded from the scope of this warranty are damage, defects, or breakage caused by wear and tear, negligence (lack of care and maintenance), negligent use, falls or accidents, overexertion due to excessive loads, unauthorized technical and/or structural modifications, as well as improper assembly and treatment (such as, among others, the use of inappropriate cleaning products), or force majeure. This warranty also does not apply to products that have been loaned or rented.

Due to the inherent dangers of using the bicycle, in any form, and the physical risks arising from its use, this warranty applies only to the replacement of non-compliant components and does not, under any circumstances, cover personal injury that may result directly or indirectly from their failure during use. In the event of a traffic accident, regardless of the direct cause, the warranty is completely void.
