What does our warranty cover?
- Period: 3 years from the delivery of the product (according to RD Legislativo 1/2007).
- Scope: Manufacturing defects.
- Solution: Free repair or replacement of the defective product.
- Exclusivity: Valid only for the original purchaser with a purchase invoice.
- Refund option: Possible if the defect is reported within 14 calendar days following the delivery of the order.

Scope of Application and Regulations:
Your GEMINI product has been manufactured with the utmost care using the most advanced manufacturing technology. Therefore, during the first three years following the purchase, you may exercise all the rights provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, whose provisions transpose the binding content of European regulations for member states regarding warranties.
Conditions of Exercise:
If you notice any defects in the product, you must contact us immediately before using it and explain the issue. GEMINI guarantees all the products it manufactures for the first three years from their acquisition, against any lack of conformity, under the provisions of Art. 116 of the aforementioned LGDCU. This warranty will only be valid for the original purchaser of the product. In the event of a lack of conformity, the purchaser shall be entitled to the repair or replacement of the defective product, completely free of charge for the affected user.
It is expressly stated that the option to terminate the contract with a refund will only be available if the lack of conformity is manifested and communicated within 14 calendar days following the delivery of the product. After this period, warranty assistance will be limited to the repair or replacement of the component, except in cases legally provided for where repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate.
The warranty period shall be calculated from the moment of delivery of the product to the final consumer. A warranty service (repair or replacement) will not extend the original warranty of the product. To exercise this warranty, the user must provide a copy of the purchase document for their GEMINI product (sales invoice) and must be the original purchaser; otherwise, the right to exercise the warranty is revoked.
Claim Procedure:
To process a warranty claim, the customer must contact us via the form on this page or by email at info@ridegemini.com. Subsequently, you must follow the instructions received privately and personally from GEMINI to send the product to our headquarters for evaluation, always attaching the sales invoice.
This warranty is subject to the decision of our technicians after a study of the part in question. Their verdict will be binding. GEMINI reserves the right to reject the processing of a warranty in cases where the study is unfavorable to the customer, which will be duly explained. The customer must send the product to us for review, with the shipping costs initially at their expense. This cost may be recovered if the warranty claim is found to be valid, in which case the costs (standard shipping) will be fully reimbursed under Art. 120 of the LGDCU. If the consumer selects a shipping method other than the least expensive standard method, GEMINI will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Coverage excludes damage caused by natural wear and tear, negligence, lack of maintenance, falls, accidents, overexertion, unauthorized technical modifications, or improper assembly (including failure to comply with torque specifications). Discoloration due to prolonged sun exposure and wear from frequent use are not covered.
Due to the inherent dangers of bicycle use, this warranty refers solely to the replacement of non-conforming components and in no case covers personal injury derived directly or indirectly from their failure. In the event of a traffic accident, the warranty is completely voided.
