Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As before, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
