Engineering and design come together to create a masterpiece: an ultralight handlebar with a spectacular design and unmatched aerodynamic ergonomics, so you can ride like never before.
When you receive it and open the box , your pulse will accelerate .
When you hold it in your own hands, you'll realize there's nothing like it.
When you're in a group, be prepared, because you're going to be talked about. When you change bikes, you'll save these handlebars for the next one.
With this handlebar, you'll turn your bike into a truly top-tier bike. It's what you'll be most focused on during your rides, which is why its design is spectacular . But that's just part of the story, all the engineering and craftsmanship that goes into creating something unique.
It's simply going to change your bike completely, you're going to feel the road like never before , so get ready to fly and do more kilometers than ever.
Yes, we've spent countless hours on CFD (computational fluid dynamics) calculations and optimizing the handlebar's aerodynamics , achieving a structure with the best stiffness-to-weight ratio and offering the lowest possible air resistance. That's obvious. But do you know what else we've worked on?
In you. In your position on the bike.
Why? Because the handlebars account for only 1-2% of total aerodynamic drag, while your body accounts for more than 80%.
By improving your posture, the difference in speed and comfort is enormous.
That's why ALHËNA 's aero shapes aren't typical. They're designed to help you adopt much more aerodynamic positions, yet with total comfort, saving watts of power with every pedal stroke.
The result: you go faster, for more miles, with less effort.
Download the Alhëna GEOMETRY guide. You'll find all the available versions, the different widths, lengths, and reach options available, as well as a geometry chart so you can find the exact size for you and configure your cockpit to go faster.
Not all cyclists ride the same bike, and not all cyclists are professionals, although we love wearing the same thing as them. That's why we've developed two different laminates, so you can choose the one that best suits you.
Lamination is the design of the carbon fiber layer structure used to build the handlebar, changing that design completely changes the behavior of the handlebar.
The lightest version, with a crazy weight of 220g for a maximum of 90kg for a rider + bike.
If you're looking to build the lightest bike possible, this is the handlebar for you. Ultralight and comfortable, for climbing like a rocket and lasting hours on the bike without aching.
Starting at 310g, the Performance Laminate has a weight limit of up to 130kg. Developed for competitive cyclists who prioritize stiffness above all else, to harness every last watt of power and convert it into speed. Take sprinting to the next level.
No matter what bike you ride, we'll custom-make your headset cap, optimized to shave off every last gram and integrate perfectly with the Alhëna. We 3D print it so your handlebar fits like a glove. Check out the caps we already have available, and if you can't find the one for your bike, write to us and we'll make it for you.
Yes, we've developed the Alzir handlebar to fit any bike perfectly. How do we do it? It's very simple. We design and 3D print a headset cap just like your bike's original, but it adapts to our handlebars and spacers. By 3D printing it, we can create an ultralight internal structure, saving you a few extra grams. It looks spectacular.
No, the headset cap specific to each bike model is sold separately. The handlebar includes a forged carbon stem cap and 5 spacers.
We currently have headset caps for the following bikes:
-Specialized tarmac SL8
-Pinarello Dogma
-Orbea Orca
-Ostro Factor VAM 2024
-Ostro Factor VAM 2020
-Aurum Mantle
-Aurum Magma
If your bike isn't one of these, write to us and we'll make the cover for your bike.
We recommend downloading our geometry guide, which you'll find at the top of this page. You can use this guide to see the different handlebar sizes and even take it to your biomechanic for advice. You can also contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
Yes, we've already considered this possibility. Contact us, and we'll make a special version with the cable exit at the bottom of the stem so you can mount it on your bike.
